BOOTH DECORATION AND PUTTING-UP

Standard booth fitted up by official stand fitter is 2.5m high. The exhibitors who reserve raw space and have your booths fitted up by your own stand fitter, please note that the height limit: Hall 1-A and Hall 1-B: 5 meters; Hall 2-A, 2-B, 2-C: 6 meters; Hall 2-D, 2-E, 5.5 meters. It shall not be allowed to impede passageways and other booths.

The official stand fitter, entrusted by BIBFMO, will be responsible for putting up standard booths and special booths with necessary exhibiting facilities.

The booth number shall be marked on booths, no matter standard booth or booths fitted up by stand fitters of your choice.

The partition walls facing the hall entrance and the passage will be designed with an opening style. In case an exhibitor reserves two or more standard booths, partition walls between them will be removed.

Should exhibitors have special requirements for fitting up their package booth, please submit a written application to BIBFMO two months the latest before the opening of the fair, which will be handled by BIBFMO and official stand fitter. Should exhibitors need special decoration or hire extra facilities, such as furniture, equipment, etc., please apply to BIBFMO before the deadline.

New designs of package booth are provided by BIBFMO. Please refer to the following Package Plan overleaf or relevant pages of the official website.

The pillars in the public area CANNOT be used free of charge (such as sticking posters or Ads. on the pillar). The exhibitor will remain liable to pay for using pillars in the public area during the fair. Please refer to Quotation of Spot Ads in Part 8. The pillars in the stands can be used free of charge, but the user must NOT have any harmful effect on the pillar, otherwise it would cause a high fine.

To the exhibitors who demand to change package booth to raw space, BIBFMO will NOT refund the cost of booth putting up. Exhibitors who demand to change raw space to package booth within two months prior to the opening of the fair should pay the price of booth putting-up plus a 30% surcharge.

Contractors other than the above ones will not be allowed to move in until Aug. 30, 2009

Stand fitters and stand contractors should obtain the Construction Certificate distributed by BIBFMO before Aug. 8, 2009. Meanwhile, the certificates of inspection on the quality of fire preventing products and fire proof constructional material issued by related institutions, should be prepared and shown to BIBFMO. The stand fitter without the above 3 certificates will not be allowed to move in.

展臺搭建及裝修

標準展臺高度2.5米，特殊裝修一號館A廳、B廳最高限制為5米，二號館二層D廳和E廳最高限制爲5.5米。展臺裝修及佈置不得佔用通道和妨礙其他展臺。

標準展臺和成套展臺由大會指定主場裝修商負責搭建。

無論標準展臺或者特裝展臺，展臺號必須置於展臺明顯處。

展廳入口處迎面展臺及通道處的板牆按照敞開設計，以利於展品陳列和觀瞻。如一家參展商租用兩個或兩個以上展臺，則展臺之間的隔板打開。

參展商如對成套展臺的搭建有特別要求，最遲請於書展開幕前兩個月以書面形式向博覽會辦公室提出申請，由博覽會辦公室同展臺裝修商協商處理。參展商如需特殊裝修以及另租傢俱、設備等設施，可於截止日期前向博覽會辦公室提出申請。

博覽會辦公室向參展商提供一些成套展臺裝修方案，請參閱展臺圖背面或網站的相關內容。

展場內公共區域的柱子不得免費使用（如在柱子上張貼海報或廣告），請參閱本手冊第8部分現場廣告報價。而展臺內的柱子可以免費使用，但使用者不得對柱子造成任何損壞，否則將導致高額罰款。

對于向博覽會辦公室要求將成套展臺改變為空地的參展商，博覽會辦公室將不予退還展臺搭建費。參展商在展覽開幕前兩個月內要求將空地改變為成套展臺，須交納展臺搭建費及30%的追加款。

指定裝修商：北京筆克展覽服務有限公司、北京海倫新啓展覽展示中心、北京泛洋環球展覽設計有限責任公司、北京中展國際展覽工程有限公司

10.  指定裝修商之外的裝修公司應在2009年8月30日進場。

11. 進館施工單位請於2009年8月8日前到博覽會辦公室辦理"施工證"，並提交由國家防火建築材料質量監督檢驗中心、天津市消防産品質量監督局等部門核准的檢驗報告書，否則不准進館施工。
