DIRECTORY LISTING AND ADVERTISING

The 2009BIBF Directory will include brief introductions of exhibitors, such as the exhibitor's name, business scope, address, person in charge, etc., making the Directory of 2009BIBF a valuable guide to the circles of publishing, book trading and copyright trading both within China and abroad.

• 1. Directory Listing

Exhibitors will be requested to fill out the items for directory listing clearly in typewritten letters on the EXHIBITOR CONTRACT and fax or mail it to BIBFMO no later than March 31, 2009. Should exhibitors fail to send the contract in time, we cannot guarantee that your information will be included in the 2009BIBF Directory. We strongly suggest that exhibitors to update your basic information and directory listing on our official website www.bibf.net. Please do remember to print out the confirmation page and fax it back to BIBFMO with a signature.

• 2. Directory Advertisement

You are welcome to advertise in the 2009BIBF Directory.

Guidelines for advertisement production:

• A. Exhibitors who desire to advertise in the 2009BIBF Directory should fill in the following Directory Advertisement Form. Should exhibitors hope to advertise on cover II, cover III or back cover, please contact BIBFMO in advance to reserve space.
• B. Deadline for submitting Directory Advertisement Form: May 15, 2009.
• C. After the advertisement has been reserved, please send advertisement films with payment to BIBFMO before June 30, 2009.
• D. Four-color films should be provided for producing color advertisement.

會刊名錄與會刊廣告

北京國際圖書博覽會將出版會刊。2009BIBF会刊將收集本屆博覽會參展公司簡介，包括公司名稱、經營範圍、地址、主管人姓名、電話、傳真等，從而成爲國內外圖書行業極富參考價值的工具書。
1. 會刊名錄
    請參展商將"參展商合同"中的會刊著錄項以列印字體填寫清楚（如不用列印字體填寫，博   覽會辦公室將不能保證會刊錄入資訊的正確），並於2009年3月31日前傳真或郵寄至博覽會辦公室。如參展商不能及時提交此合同，我們將不能保證貴公司的參展資料刊登在會刊上。建議參展商登陸北京國際圖書博覽會官方網站www.bibf.net進行2009BIBF在線會刊資訊修改，然後將資訊確認頁打印，簽字並傳真至博覽會辦公室。
