Shipping Guide for 2009BIBF

In order to ensure that your exhibits will be shipped to the 2009BIBF exhibiting booth(s) safely, promptly and accurately, Wan Xun International Transportation Co. (hereafter referred to as Wan Xun), under the China National Publications Import and Export (Group) Corporation (hereafter referred to as CNPIEC), will act as the general transportation agent. BEX Logistics Company Limited will act as the overseas exhibit consolidation and communication agent for 2009BIBF.  Please carefully read the following guidelines to guarantee your exhibits to reach your booth(s) on time.

•1.      It is required by relevant regulations of the Customs of the P.R.C. that exhibits for the exhibition must go through formalities of interim customs entry and customs supervision. During exhibition, all exhibits having not been paid taxes shall not be moved out of the exhibition hall.

•2.      Wan Xun International Transportation Co. acting as the general agent for the fair, will be responsible for receiving and delivering exhibits having reached Beijing, interim storage of exhibits before and after exhibition, and delivering exhibits to booth(s) before exhibition on time and according to requirements. It will also be responsible for returns, storage and customs clearance following the exhibition. Hong Kong BEX Logistics Company Limited is designed as our official overseas agent to consolidate overseas shipments to Beijing.

•3.      In order to ensure that your exhibits reach the exhibiting booth(s) on time, please submit your exhibits to the indicated overseas shipping agent in a timely fashion.  We will NOT accept exhibits shipped by sea by the exhibitors themselves, nor postal express mailing (such as FEDEX, DHL, TNT, OCS, etc.). We also do NOT allow overseas exhibitors to ship exhibits directly to their hotels or representative offices in Beijing. Due to high cost of express mail and other shipping agencies' lack of door-to-door services, we do NOT recommend overseas exhibitors use this kind of transportation . If overseas exhibitors do elect to use this kind of transportation, we cannot guarantee that your exhibits will reach your stand(s) on time, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses or expenditures.

•4.      Exhibitors may select a means of exhibit transportation.

Shipping documents delivery: Shipping documents must be faxed to the consignee after exhibits have been delivered for shipping. Note: A surcharge amounting to 50% for service will be levied for all transportation forms mentioned above should the cargo arrive after the designated date.

•5.      Inbound movement and relevant charges:

Customs clearance fee:               US$70.00 per exhibitor per shipment

Inbound movement charges for exhibits consolidated in Hong Kong

Payment covers storage arrangements, consolidation, packing, shipping, unpacking, delivery during the period from Hong Kong to the booth(s) in the hall, etc. (The above handling rates exclude insurance coverage, Hong Kong Import/Export terminal charges, Hong Kong pick up/delivery charges, Hong Kong Import/Export Customs declaration fee etc. These charges will be settled separately).

Charges for transportation handled by exhibitors

Payment covers clearance arrangements, shipping, storage, supervision, delivery, etc. The     

whole transportation process from the Beijing Airport to the booth.

•6.      Outbound shipping and relevant charges

Outbound shipping fees and delivery out of the hall include: packing, loading, storage and shipping to the Hong Kong BEX Logistics Co., Ltd. storehouse, as well as relevant clearance and documentation, equivalent to the inbound shipping charges. Outbound charges will be calculated according to actual costs.

•7.      Important notification

• (1) According to China Customs regulations, all exhibitors' promotional materials, brochures, technical catalogs, audio and video tapes, compact disks, slides, movie films, souvenirs, etc. must be packed separately with an accompanying "exhibits list". Wan Xun will handle declaration for them in advance and prior censorship will be done by Customs. Only after going through censorship will they be allowed to be distributed onsite. Before distribution, three samples of each souvenir must be handed over to Wan Xun for customs records.
• (2) All hand-carried exhibits must be declared to Customs. If some exhibits are detained by Customs, please declare "Exhibits for 2009BIBF" and provide the relevant documents (Detained list and Exhibits List) to Wan Xun as soon as possible so as to retrieve them from Customs. Please note that it usually takes at least two working days to resolve these problem, therefore, we do NOT recommend overseas exhibitors to use this method, in order to avoid holding up your exhibition.

展 品 運 輸 指 南

    爲了保證2009BIBF展品安全、及時、準確地到達展臺，中國圖書進出口(集團)總公司（以下簡稱中圖）所屬萬迅國際運輸公司（以下簡稱萬迅）將作爲本屆博覽會的運輸總代理，百滙物流有限公司(以下簡稱百滙)作爲本屆博覽會的海外集貨及聯絡代理，共同爲您提供服務。請仔細閱讀下列

細節，以確保您的展品按時參展。

• 一、根據中華人民共和國海關的有關規定，展品進口必須依法辦理臨時進關和海關監管手續,展覽期間未經完稅展品不得拿離展廳。
• 二、萬迅作爲展覽會運輸總代理，負責抵達北京各口岸展品的提取、展覽前後臨時儲存、展覽前將展品按時、按要求運到各展位以及展覽之後展品的退運、留購和清關。香港百滙物流有限公司被指定爲海外運輸代理，負責海外展品集貨並運至北京。
• 三、為確保展品按時進展，各出版社應將展品及時提交指定的海外運輸代理，採取海運或空運方式運抵北京。本展覽會不接受自辦海運展品和通過郵政快件（如FEDEX, DHL, TNT, OCS等等）運抵的展品，更不得將展品發至展商入住的飯店或北京辦事機構。由於郵政快件費用較高，而且貨物運輸代理公司對展覽貨物實際上並不能做到門到門服務，爲不影響展品按時到展，我們不主張各參展出版社通過其他代理或郵政快件等運輸方式安排展品運輸。如參展出版社仍堅持選擇此種方式運輸，我們將無法保證展品按時到展並且各參展出版社將自行承擔損失及各項費用。

•四、              參展商可以選擇的運輸方式及操作辦法。

注意：以上各種運輸方式超過到貨時限時將在所有應收費用的基礎上另加收50%的服務費。

五、來程運輸及相關費用

   口岸清關費：每個參展商每批貨70美元

採用香港集貨方式的展品來程運費爲：

    陸運/海運：   185美元/運費噸(1000公斤或1立方米，二者取其大者)

   (最低按1運費噸計收，如展品不足500公斤和0.5立方米，最低收費爲155美元)

    空     運：   4.2美元/每公斤

              (以空運計費重量爲准，最低按70公斤收取；如參展商托運的展品不足45公斤，最低收費爲210美元)

費用包括：  香港收貨至展品北京展臺期間的儲存、集貨 、裝箱、運輸、拆箱、進館等所有運輸過程安排。（以上費用並不包括香港產生的任何保險費、進出港雜費、本地提送貨及進出口報關費。如產生上述費用將據實分別收取）。

採用自理航空運輸方式的展品收費爲：

每個參展商每批到貨收取70美元口岸清關費用

北京機場至展臺費用：1.35美元/公斤  (最低按70公斤計收)

費用包括：展品由北京機場到展臺期間的報關、運輸、倉儲、監管、進館等所有運輸過程安排。

六、回程運輸及相關費用

回程運費和出館費包括：包裝、裝箱、搬運、儲存等所有運抵百滙倉庫的工作和有關報關、文

件工作，費用和來程相同。展品回運國外運費按照運輸實際發生的費用收取。

七、需要說明的事宜

• 1、 根據中國海關的規定，參展商參展的宣傳品、小冊子、目錄、錄影帶、光碟、幻燈片、電影膠片、紀念品等，應單獨裝箱並分別填寫中英文的"展品清單"，由萬迅提前代爲申報，並須經海關預先審查批准才可以現場散發。現場發送紀念品，每種應提供三個樣品交萬迅報海關備案。
• 2、 參展商隨身攜帶展品入境，要如實向海關申報。如海關臨時扣貨，請向海關聲明"展品"，並將有關資料（海關扣單和展品清單）及時轉交萬迅工作人員，以便順利辦理海關放行手續。請注意：此種方式需要至少二個工作日辦理，為避免影響展覽會，我們並不建議使用此種方式。
