The China International Exhibition Center is located in the northeast part of downtown Beijing. Hotels around the China International Exhibition Center are available for exhibitors such as KEMPINSKI HOTEL, CTS PLAZA BEIJING, RADISSON SAS, Great HoteL, etc.

The Foreign Affairs Department of CNPIEC is responsible for the following services:

• 1. Letter of Invitation upon exhibitor request
• 2. Reservations for air flights and confirmation of return and on-going air tickets
• 3. Travel services upon exhibitor request

Room rates at KEMPINSKI HOTEL and RADISSON SAS are subject to a 15% hotel service charge. Your accounts can be settled by credit card.

Please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form of your preferred hotel and send it back to the HOTEL by fax before the deadline indicated in the form. The Foreign Affairs Department can no longer guarantee hotel rooms.
